NORTH COLLINS — Ellie Bodamer threw a five-hitter with a career-high 18 strikeouts and one walk as Clymer/Sherman beat North Collins (1-2) 13-1 in nonleague softball Thursday.

Janelle Burchanowski had two hits, including a home run; Kiera Kinal had two hits, including a double; and Taylor Pinzok and Kelsey Wagner each doubled for the Wolves (1-0).

Lily Montaldi struck out nine and Isabelle Contro struck out one in the circle for the Eagles (1-2). North Collins scored in the bottom of the sixth as Jenna Sickau singled and later scored on Morgan Kreinheder’s RBI single. Montaldi also had two hits.
