Salamanca Girls Advance To Class B2 Title Game
CHEEKTOWAGA — Leilene McComber scored 24 points to lead the No. 2 Salamanca girls basketball team past 3-seeded Eden 56-34 in the Section VI Class B2 semifinals on Tuesday night at Maryvale High School.
Maliyah Foster added another 9 points for the Warriors who will face No. 4 Wilson for the B2 championship at Buffalo State College on Sunday at 12:15 p.m.
Salamanca held everyone on Eden to single-digit scoring as it cruised to the finals.
