BUD LIGHT MONDAY
5:45 LEAGUE
Shoeless Joe’s Pub is comfortably in first place after a pair of wins this past week. Joe Jackson and Rich Tyger led the attack against Stones 2.0 54-39 and Ba Na Ma Na 30-17.
Bob Ricker piloted Cold as Ice past TRCurlers 35-21 and Ba Na Ma Na 41-26.
The Rolling Stones shot up the standings thanks to Lauren Lapinski and Emily Johnson. These ladies came up big in season-defining matchups with War Vets 42-28 and Had a Few 46-37.
Cathy and Sydney Youngberg highlighted the best night yet for Sloppy Penguins. They’re right back in the mix after bringing down Gren’s Growlers 41-38 and Fruit of the Brooms 34-26.
Always Late made it through a gauntlet of opponents unscathed. Craig and Nikki Hinderleider carried them to victory in thrillers with War Vets 45-37 and TRCurlers 51-48.
Amy Youngberg and Had a Few pulled away from Curling Me Softly 34-29.
Greg Fye ensured a split evening for Curling Me Softly after defeating The Jimmy Shimmy’s 37-30 their next time out.
Gren’s Growlers got by The Jimmy Shimmy’s 45-39 due to an all-around performance from Mike Stevenson and company.
Fruit of the Brooms utilized Noreen Cramer, who is their secret weapon, against Stones 2.0 for a 51-40 celebration.

6:45 LEAGUE
Stark Gravel made an incredible leap in the pursuit for the first seed. Dennis Palermo and Mark Lindstrom carried the load versus Cheese Curls 46-15 and Rock Slide 39-30.
Ice Holes were the only other team to win back to back on Monday Night. Jamie Glatz and Jamie Sharpe waxed the ice with Pickle Pushers 49-29 and Sour Pickles 39-29.
Janet Jaspersen and Rock Slide shocked the world by handing Frosty Curlers their first loss 41-40 in a classic.
David Ruby rallied Frosty Curlers in the second slate against Snow Good at This 33-29.
Sue Arnold elevated Sour Pickles over Cheese Curls 33-26.
Zach Liden and Lakeshore East shut down Rowers on Ice 30-20.
Sip’n Sliders also put away Rowers on Ice 36-29 behind Kevin Carlson.
Kathy Geary made her presence known in the 27-24 conquest of Tree Huggers for Pickle Pushers.
Jan Bowman and the Tree Huggers would go on to survive Lakeshore East 24-23 the next time out.
Snow Good at This would pull away from Sip’n Sliders 34-32 with Dave Hendrick leading the way.

Legion of Broom has total control of first place thanks to Mike Dietrich and Adam Irgang. The dynamic duo helped take down 12 Ounce Curls 37-28 and Drunken Sliders 46-35.
Kurt Eimiller led the charge for Slone Melhuish in their victories over Stone Cold Maidens 53-25 and In-Laws Rock 41-37.
Laura Ahl led We Love Beer through a pair of storms against Drunken Sliders 42-38 and Curling Me Softly 39-34.
Chris Maggio and Head For the Mountains knocked off Knuckle Draggers in a 55-52 shootout.
Jim Gustafson and Knuckle Draggers rebounded for a 40-34 conquest of We’ve Got the Stones.
Jeff Housler showed up once again for 12 Ounce Curls as they got by Girls with Stones 41-26.
In-Laws Rock brought down Head For the Mountains 43-36 thanks to the prominence of Liz Hinderleider.
Gavin Ford and J-1 Auto stalled Curl Jam 28-17.
Girls with Stones put up ridiculous numbers on offense against J-1 Auto 54-45 behind Marianne Mattoon.
Kyle Benish helped Curling Me Softly put away Stone Cold Maidens 36-29.
Matt Beebe and We’ve Got the Stones celebrated a nail-biter win versus Curl Jam 38-37.

Justin Swanson carried the load for 12 Oz. Curlers so they could remain atop the league. He paved the way against Perfect Stones 26-24 and Ice Holes 37-23.
Jason Britt and Smokin Rocks had to grind out a pair of wins against Team No Name 20-17 and Got Stones 31-30.
Billy Anderson and In the House turned their season around after toppling Curls Gone Wild 41-23 and The Ice Men 26-23.
Congratulations to Stuart Tool & Die for getting their first two victories of the year. Kari Degnan and company were proudly triumphant versus Ice Ice Baby 41-33 and Rolling Stones 28-19.
John Panebianco and Perfect Stones upset The Brush Offs 30-25.
Jenn Swanson picked up the pieces the next time out, as The Brush Offs would write off The Ice Men 31-21.
Michelle Richau and Ice Holes stormed back against Keepin It Cool 31-28.
Eric Rinaldo and Keepin It Cool turned the heat up in the second slate with Ice Ice Baby 22-14.
Mark Snow constructed a solid win for Curls Gone Wild to put Got Stones to bed 36-26.

Barney’s Hoof Trimming is in the hunt for the top seed thanks to Jimmy DiFonzo and Ben Anderson. The two combined forces to get past House Hunters 50-31 and Six Stones and a Stick 25-22.
Chip and Jodi Perkins found a way to pull Trouble Makers out of two dogfights versus Axiom 19-16 and 12 Oz. Curlers 37-36.
Dan Challingsworth, Cliff Sleasman had no issues with On the Rocks 42-26 and Six Stones and a Stick 39-23.
Franni Carlson and Mike Currie assembled one of the best nights yet for Sub Zero. They’re back in the mix after defeating Haggy Jr. 42-34 and Ice & Easy 34-24.
Jeremy Gruber and 12 Oz. Curlers dismantled Flintstones 49-28.
Mike Heath clutched up down the stretch so Flintstones could escape HCH Interiors 23-22.
Gordon Hallquist made his presence known for QUEST in an ambush of House Hunters 33-25.
Joe Rollman carried Ice & Easy in a slugfest with Axiom 29-26.
Danielle Cederquist was a bright spot for Haggy Jr. against On the Rocks 26-23.
Laurie Lassen and HCH Interiors would eventually walk out unscathed in a 24-23 showdown with QUEST.
RYAN DEPPAS/LEGENDS GROUP 4:30 FRIDAY LEAGUE
Jeff Johnson showed up big all afternoon for the Curlews as they knocked off Neil’s Propane 48-45 in overtime and the Bemus Sliders 45-29.
Cold Beer Here is finally getting back into form, as they secured two victories over both league-leading teams, 2 Curls & a Cup 50-35 and On the Rocks 33-26, as the captain Steve Tanner is getting his new roster into shape.
Curl Jam found the house all afternoon as they got two wins over BA NA MA NA 41-29 and NAME 31-24 behind strong play from Liz Kalterbach and Andy Horner.
Frost Bitten Twice Shy reached the .500 mark this week with two wins over Sweeping Beauties 39-35 and the Bemus Boulders 27-11, as Brenda and Buddy Degnan led the way.
Tracy’s Dog knocked off Lions & Bears 51-42 in a high-scoring affair as Nick Lucas peppered the house to lead the Dog’s.
Sharon Gustafson showed the way for the Bemus Sliders as they beat NAME 36-33.
Steve Columbare continued to show off his outstanding stickwork as he led Lions & Bears past the Bemus Boulders 41-25.
