Clymer/Sherman Bowlers Sweep Cassadaga Valley
CUTTING — Max Hunter and Hunter Bogert led Clymer/Sherman to victory over Cassadaga Valley in a Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 boys bowling match Tuesday at Cutting Lanes.
Hunter rolled a 193-176-161-530, while Bogert hit a 184-155-191-530 for the winners (10-2), who recorded a linescore of 852-833-790-2,475.
For the Cougars (0-4), Jordan Swanson recorded the best series of the afternoon, firing a 242-188-176-606. Their linescore was 794-726-699-2,219.
In the girls match, Cassadaga Valley defeated Clymer/Sherman 3-1.
Emma Nickerson paced the Cougars (3-1), who had a linescore of 626-458-526-1,610, with a 211-139-167-517.
Harleigh Faulkner paced Clymer/Sherman with a 152-153-305 (two games). The Wolves’ (5-3) linescore was 529-511-469-1,509.

OLEAN — Behind a 176-209-169-554 from Derek Conner, Allegany-Limestone posted a 4-0 Division 3 victory over Ellicottville at Good Times.
The Gators (4-0) produced a linescore of 768-850-879-2,497 compared to 648-628-594-1,870 for Ellicottville.
Leading the way for the Eagles (0-4) was Carson Mendell with a 162-157-144-463.
In the girls match, the Gators (4-0) prevailed 4-0, with a linescore of 2,233, led by Abby Aderman’s 177-157-154-488.
