Clymer Falls To Corry In Tournament Title Game
CORRY, Pa. — Clymer fell to Corry 38-19 in the championship game of the Bill Klapthor Memorial Tournament on Saturday.
Haley Mumau scored a game-high 14 points for the Beavers, who led 20-6 at halftime.
Elli Bodamer paced the Pirates (2-3) with 7 points, six rebounds, three steals and two blocks.
In the consolation game, Anna Engquist and Abbee Brandow both netted career highs in scoring as Jamestown beat Titusville 46-18.
Engquist had 21 points, while Brandow had 12. Makena Pryce added 10 points and eight rebounds, while Carley Daniels had seven assists.
Engquist, Bodamer and Clymer’s Ava Nyweide were all named to the all-tournament team.
