LAKEWOOD — Dave Young’s 72 led the Asquith Senior Golf Tour’s stop at Maplehurst Country Club on Monday.

In the White Flight A Stableford scoring, Dale Melquist was plus-3 while Daryl Allen and Dave Young were plus-1.

Dave Gayton led the White Flight B with a plus-4, while Dan Berry also was plus-4 and Paul Bell was plus-3. Mark Digirolamo shot an 87.

Sam Alessi led the Gold Flight A with an 80. Ed Johnson was plus-3, Dave Allen was plus-2 and Alessi was plus-1.

Bruce Carlson’s 82 and plus-7 led the Gold Flight B. Doug Wheeler was plus-5 and Fred Carder was plus-4.

Tom Szydlo’s 85 and plus-6 led the Gold Flight C. Bill Derby and Russ Vacanti were also plus-6.

John Depew’s plus-10 and Lynn Butcher’s 90 led the Gold Flight D. Butcher was plus-9 and Don Armstrong was plus-6.

Closest to the pin honors went to Joe Palermo at No. 3, Vern Ahlgren at No. 7 and Don Maxson at No. 16.

The tour will stop at Chautauqua Golf Club this coming Monday and Blueberry Hill Golf Club on June 19.
