Now that our democracy has been saved by a mostly clean election, we turn to the next problem: Remove the cancerous unelected and unconstitutional Fourth branch of government from power. The Administrative (Deep) State operates outside the supervision of Congress, but inside the plausible deniability of the Executive branch that is supposed to be responsible for it.

Bryan Malinowski was the mild mannered executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Arkansas, who had just started collecting guns as a hobbyist. As such, he did not need the $65 Federal Firearms License (FFL) for his transactions. However, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) thought differently. Rather than using the normal practice for serving a warrant, ATF decided to “go big”.

On March 19, ATF executed a pre-dawn militarized SWAT raid using 10 vehicles of combatants to subdue the sleeping Malinowski. Prior to “knocking” with a door-ram, ATF shut off power to the house and covered the doorbell camera so that Malinowski had no idea what was happening. Within a minute Malinowski was killed by the ATF.

The criminal stupidity of the Malinowski raid brings to mind the Clinton ATF raid on the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas, in 1993, in which 76 people died, women and children included. Apparently government bureaucrats do get away with murder.

It’s hard to imagine that such stupidity actually exists, like the killing of unarmed Ashli Babbitt by DC Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd. Instead of being charged with murder (like the George Floyd cop was), Lt. Byrd was allowed to walk, was sequestered in a luxury hotel for six months, and was subsequently promoted to Captain. Taxpayers subsidized everything except Babbitt’s funeral.

Starting in 2015, the Obama CIA (through “Five Eyes”) spied on Trump’s campaign, and colluded with the Hillary Clinton campaign to push the “Russian Dossier” disinformation operation against Trump. The FBI also falsely claimed Russians hacked the DNC server on behalf of Trump, but the FBI never actually examined the server to identify the hacker, or otherwise substantiated the claim. Then, six months later, the DNC’s IT security firm (CrowdStrike), admitted there was never evidence of a Russian hack. Does it seem a little too convenient to blame everything on the Russians?

Yet, we are not supposed to ask about the execution-style murder of DNC IT Manager Seth Rich in Alexandria two days after the supposed “hack” lest we be labeled “conspiracy theorists.” Meanwhile the FBI insists “nothing to see there” — reminiscent of the Jeffrey Epstein murder. Darn the luck! Security cameras just happened to be off (again), while the guards were “sleeping.”

For almost four years the FBI claimed it could not identify the mystery person chatting on his phone while babysitting the obvious “bomb” planted outside the DNC office on Jan. 6, 2021.

FBI claimed the phone could not be identified because the geospatial data was supposedly “corrupted.” Meanwhile, thousands of other cell phones at J6 were positively identified using the same geospatial data. But, in mid-November, the phone company openly stated the geospatial data was not corrupted like the FBI claimed. Whoa!

So the FBI lied yet again! One might speculate the FBI is hiding something embarrassing. Are you not curious about this?

One month prior to the 2020 election, 51 “intelligence professionals” knowingly lied on the record stating the Hunter Biden laptop was “Russian Disinformation.” They did this without seeing any physical evidence. After the election, the FBI finally admitted the Laptop was genuine, including the contents that confirmed involvement of “the Big Guy” (Biden) receiving a cut of the “deals.” The timing of this fraud clearly interfered with the 2020 election, yet the “51” were never censured for lying to the American public.They all retain their security clearances, and 42 still work for the CIA. You paid them to lie.

About that mess in Ukraine … In 2014, Obama’s CIA and State Department (Victoria Nuland) orchestrated the Maidan Insurrection that overthrew the legitimately elected Viktor Yanukovich government. Yanukovich was trying to root out the rampant corruption in Ukraine, including the theft and laundering of U.S. foreign aid.

After the coup, Obama’s newly installed puppets allowed Azov Neo Nazis in Ukraine to “ethnically cleanse” thousands of ethnic Russians living in the border Oblasts of Donetsk, and Luhansk, as well as ethnic Hungarians in Lower Carpathia.

The U.S. also broke its agreement with Russia going back to the dissolution of the USSR (1991) that allowed Ukraine to administer Crimea, provided Ukraine remained outside NATO influence. However, the US continued to push for Ukraine’s NATO membership. (See Steven Cohen’s article in the January 2018 edition of The Nation). You’d think the Russians were Native Americans, given the number of agreements we broke with them.

In retaliation Russia repatriated Crimea (90% Russian and part of Russia since 1783), and put special operations units into Donetsk and Luhansk to protect ethnic Russians from the Azov Neo Nazis. This apparent reality is much different from what the Deep State wants you to hear, or what CNN told you. After all, only Russians are evil.

After Maidan, the U.S. continued to militarize Ukraine, so Putin responded in February 2022. In April 2022, after two months of fighting, Ukraine and Russia came to peace terms, but Biden killed the deal and insisted that Ukraine keep fighting. Fast forward to 2024 and Putin is in firm control of the Donbas, more than 500,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed, North Korean troops are now on the ground, and Biden just authorized the use of US IRBMs to attack into Russia. World War III anyone?

Clearly, the arrogance and stupidity of Obama and Biden played right into Putin’s hands, giving him every excuse he needed to attack Ukraine.

Yet, we still do not know where those billions in Ukraine foreign aid went after it was laundered by Hunter Biden’s Ukrainian company Burisma back in 2013 under Obama’s watch. The Treasury Department issued hundreds of “Suspicious Activity Reports”, but the Obama Justice Department did nothing. Ironically, Trump was later impeached for trying to investigate what Obama pretended never happened.

There is little doubt that the Deep State is the greatest threat to American Liberty today, whether in foreign policy, energy policy, public health, etc. Either we pull in the reigns of the administrative state and retake the country, or we surrender the Republic to tyrants.

Instead of defunding the police that protect us, I suggest we defund the agencies that abuse us.
