Don’t Be Deceived Again By Trump

Trump is unfit to serve as President first because he is subject to 91 felonies and is doing everything he can to avoid prosecution, that is he’s trying to run away from the law – now Part 2.
Trump was determined to be guilty of “sexual assault” of E. Jean Carroll by a civil jury which awarded Carroll $88 million for the assault and defamation. He was also determined to practice “fraudulent” business practices against the people of NYS in another lawsuit, which awarded $355 million to $454 million. Even though Trump intends to file appeals, to do so requires he put “in trust” the awarded money, plus interest, in the event the appeals fail. If others put up money for Trump, they might wonder if Trump will pay them back.
Soon, Trump will go to a criminal trial for allegedly paying the porn star “Stormy Daniels” to hide his sexual encounter with her while married to Melania Trump who had just given birth. The allegation of paying her is to have helped him avoid revealing the scandalous affair while he ran for President. The allegations are NOT that he made “hush money” payments to a porn star, but that he illegally falsified business records by claiming the payment as “legal fees”. (According to the BBC, he is also under investigation for a pay-off to a former Playboy model to keep quiet alleged sexual encounters with him.)
The “hush money” case is alleged to be “weak” for the nature of the alleged crimes and the potential sentences, but also due to its relationship to the seriousness of other pending criminal cases. The case exposes Trump’s proven past of sexual misconduct and fraudulent business practices. (You should recall the fact of penalties applied to Trump for fraud he engaged while operating “Trump University” and, at least, the “Trump Foundation”, an alleged “charity”.) Trump has a long history (4000 cases since the 1970s according to author James Zirin) of suing others and being sued for defamation and questionable business practices.
What Trump’s history tells me is that Trump, the person and businessman, has been lying and deceiving people all his adult life about his “good” character and business prowess. I feel sad for the people, including donors, who have been or are victimized by Trump’s deceit. I do not want America to continue to be deceived again by Trump, a proven charlatan!
