Suzanne C. Anderson
Suzanne Christine Anderson, 83 of Palm Coast, FL, passed away on March 26, 2025, after a long struggle with dementia. She was born on June 24, 1941, in Jamestown, New York to the late Robert Charles Birchman and Doris Virginia Johnson. She graduated from Southwestern High School in 1959. She married John H. Anderson on Dec. 26, 1974, in Frewsburg, New York.
Suzanne worked for a few years in Lakewood, New York following her marriage to John before making a move to Georgia, then working as a Machine Operator at Avery Dennison in Flowery Branch, Georgia for 15 years. Following retirement in 1998, she and her husband moved to Palm Coast, Florida from Gainesville, Georgia. She was an avid reader and enjoyed visiting on the phone with her lifelong friend Sandy every day, well into her later years.
Suzanne is survived by her daughters, Diane Plymel, Linda Warren (Robin), Kimberly Anderson-Gunia (Daniel); sons, Timothy Strom (Jodie), David Strom (Bridget); brother, John Birchman (Lori), grandchildren, Phillip, James, Jonathan, Christine, Clarence, Christopher, Victor, Aaron, Adam, David Jr., Eva; great-grandchildren, Karla, Kristopher, Oden, Cleo, Gabriel, Natalie, Dominic, Starla, Luna, Atlas.
Suzanne is preceded in death by her husband, John H. Anderson; sister, Barbara Kay; granddaughter, Chalienna; grandson, Robert.
A visitation will be held at Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations in Palm Coast, Florida on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Graveside services with inurnment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Jamestown, New York at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Suzanne’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
