Marjorie Mae Whitney Milliman, 84, of 2460 Roark Mill Road, Hurt died Thursday, June 15, 2023 at her home. She was the wife of Gaylord Lewis Milliman for sixty-two years.
She was born February 10, 1939 in Mayville, NY, a daughter of the late Harry Aaron Whitney and Juline Mae Robertson. She was a member of Lane Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Mark D. Milliman of Hurt and Brett D. Milliman and his wife, Michelle of Pendergrass, GA; one brother, Ronald Whitney of Clymer, NY; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a two brothers, Morris Whitney and John Whitney.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 19, 2023 at Lane Memorial United Methodist Church by the Rev. Ben Horrocks with interment to follow in Green Lawn Cemetery, Hurt.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
