Kevin Leroy Sheldon

Kevin was born on June 26, 1972, in Jamestown, NY the son of; Richard and Cynthia (Booth) Sheldon. Kevin grew up on the family dairy farm in Randolph, NY and was a 1990 graduate of Randolph Central School, he then went on to work for Larry Romance and Sons in Sheridan from (1992-2004), where he worked as a mechanic.

He then moved to Milan, Missouri in 2004 where he has been working for the past 20 years for Ron Wilson Farms in Chillicothe, Missouri and for the Missouri Department of Transportation, Milan, MO (2005-present0, as a mechanic, equipment operator and truck driver.

He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, horseback riding and gardening.

Kevin is survived by his parents; Richard and Cynthia Sheldon of Randolph, a brother; Michael (Rachel) Sheldon of Forestville, nephews; Steven (Ashley), Timmy (Ashleigh) of Randolph, Riley (Natasha and their children, Weston and Olivia) of Silver Creek, Dylan (Christine) of Mobile, AL, Tyler (Hannah) of Irving, NY, Skyler (Amanda and their children, Peyton and Andrew) of Randolph. as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Joyce (Engle) Booth and paternal grandparents; Loyal and Pricilla (Darling) Sheldon.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday (March 29, 2025) from the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home, 14 Church Street, Randolph, NY, from where the family will be received prior from 3:00 PM- 4:00 PM. Jody Terhune will be the celebrant. Inurnment will follow in the Rutledge Cemetery, Conewano, NY.
