Jane A. LaMar

Jane was born in Jamestown on July 29, 1944, to the late Paul and Edith Hermanson Hedlund.

A lifelong resident of Jamestown, Jane graduated from Jamestown High School in 1963 and was employed by Clark Box and Label, Inc for 30 years. Jane was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who always put her family first. She loved spending time at the lake and being “Gammie” to her grandchildren that meant everything to her.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Dale K LaMar, whom she married July 3, 1965, and who passed away on May 11, 2016.

Jane is survived by two children Terry LaMar of Jamestown and Tina (Doug) Lindquist, of Bemus Point; four grandchildren Zac and Cole Lindquist of Jamestown, and Gavin and Emily LaMar, of Towson, MD and a brother, Neil Hedlund of Jamestown

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family and visitation will not be observed.

Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
