Randy Edward Pangborn

Randy was born March 29, 1955, in Warren, the son of the late Arden and Carol (Pasco) Pangborn. He was a 1973 graduate of Eisenhower High School. He was employed at Osram Sylvania for over 20 years, retiring in 2017.

Randy recently received his 25-year pin from Pine Grove Lions Club. He was also a member of the Eagles Club and was a member of a metal detecting club. He enjoyed NASCAR, hunting, and spending time outdoors. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Randy is survived by his wife, Cathy Liggett Pangborn; three children, Melanie Farmery and husband Curtis of Youngsville, Jessica “Kelly” Knepp of Jamestown, and Jonathan Jones and wife Ashley of Jamestown; two step-children, Corinna Gonzalez and Danielle Willsie, both of Clio Michigan; siblings, Larry Pangborn and wife Laura of St. Louis, Missouri, Rebecca Wentworth and husband Carl of Russell, Beverly Pangborn of Warren; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Darlene Pangborn of Jamestown; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by brother, Jerry Pangborn.

A Celebration of Life and a time to share memories of Randy will be held at Russell Volunteer Fire Department, 111 Perrigo Ln., Russell, PA 16345, on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pine Grove Lions Club, 1 Veterans Memorial Dr., Pine Grove, PA, or to Russell V.F.D.
