Christopher A. Burstrom
Christopher A. Burstrom, 55, of Jamestown, passed away suddenly on February 5, 2025, at UPMC Chautauqua. The son of the late Paul K. and Essie A. Jeziorski Burstrom, Chris was born in Jamestown on May 2, 1969.
A generous soul, Chris went out of his way to help others. After high school graduation, Chris spent the ’80s building his business of car restoration and car parts sales. His passion remained with cars, especially muscle cars. To all, he will be remembered for his sense of humor.
The “go-to” guy for everyone, Chris had devout love for his children. His presence will be missed by his twin children, Payton A. Burstrom and Alyanna A. (Leander Tupper) Burstrom, both of Jamestown; his siblings, Paul K. (Phuong) Burstrom of California, Knut P. (Laura) Burstrom of Falconer, T. Scott Burstrom of North Carolina, and Michael (Sue Wilson) Burstrom of North Carolina; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Chris was preceded in death by his father, Paul K. Burstrom on June 12, 2018, as well as his mother, Essie A. Jeziorski Burstrom on July 7, 2023.
No formal services or visitation will be held. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date by Chris’s family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
