Timothy J. Oleshak

He was born December 14, 1958, in Jamestown, a son of the late Andrew and Norma Start Oleshak.

He attended Jamestown Public Schools.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed by United Alloys Research and Development, Inc.

Tim was a member of Jamestown Community Chapel. He was an avid sports fan and in his younger days enjoyed working out and practicing martial arts.

He was active in Jamestown area churches for many years.

Surviving is a brother Duncan (Laurie) Oleshak of Lakewood; two stepdaughters and his late wife’s extended family (Panebianco) to whom he was especially close.

He was preceded in death by his father Andrew (1977), mother Norma (2001), wife Patricia Oleshak, whom he married May 10, 2003, and who died January 12, 2022; an infant twin brother Thomas Oleshak and a brother Jeffrey Oleshak(2017).

The funeral will be held at 11 am Friday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev Dougals Penhollow, pastor of Jamestown Community Chapel will officiate.

Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 4-6 pm Thursday and from 10-11 am Friday in the funeral home.
