Steven Reynolds
Steven Reynolds, 58, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at the VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, New York. Born on December 21, 1966 in Decatur, Georgia, he was the son of Robert L. Reynolds of Monroe, Georgia who survives him and Shirley Kaye McCanna who preceded him in death.
Steven graduated from Youngsville High School and Jamestown Community College where he obtained an Associates Degree in Individual Studies. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Airman. He will be remembered for his love of sports, participating and attending many events over the years. He was a lifelong Buffalo Bills Fan and also enjoyed the Buffalo Saybers Hockey Team. He was employed as a firefighter, an employee of Bush Industries in Jamestown, NY, an employee of Burger King and Pizza Hut in Jamestown; and a Correctional Officer in the Correctional Department in Monroe, GA.
In addition to his father, he is survived by a half-brother, Robert J. (Sabrina Castagna) Reynolds and their two sons, Wyatt and Grahm of Connecticut; 2 step-brothers, David Farmer and Dwayne (Kathy) Farmer both of Georgia; a step-sister, Darlene Bone of Georgia; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Sue Reynolds and a step-brother, Danny Farmer.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2024 at 1 pm at McKinney Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 54 West Main St., Youngsville, PA. Family and friends will be received for a time of visitation from 11 – 1 pm prior to the funeral service. Full Military Honors will be given at Youngsville Cemetery following the service at the funeral home.
