Roy David Geise

Born on September 30, 1944, he was the son of Leo P. and Laura t. Riehle Geise. he was the widower of Mary McCord Geise, who predeceased him in 2022.

Roy attended Randolph high school until grade 10. He then attended and graduated from Cattaraugus Central High School in 1962.

Roy owned and operated his parents’ dairy farm and took it over in 1965, which he operated until 1995. He then drove semi-truck for Path Truck Lines and finally retired fromTandem Trucking. He was very proud of his collection of old cars he collected while driving down south.

He had a 1964 Impala and a 1957 Chevy and wasrestoring a lil red express truck.

Surviving are his step children, Lorianne (Seth) Riley of Little Valley and Veronica (Christopher) Washy of Gowanda; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife, Mary, two sisters, Ada and Ila; a stepdaughter Jennifer Gardner and a great granddaughter Kyrie Mystique Wilson.

Relatives and friends may visit DiStasio Funeral Home 478 Route 83 at Balcom Corners South Dayton Sunday January 5, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm where a funeral service will immediately follow.
