Lance S. Spicer

Lance S. Spicer, 81, of Bemus Point, formerly of Falconer passed away Sunday (January 26, 2025) in Olean General Hospital.

He had served on the Chautauqua County Legislature for 30 years.

Arrangements will be announced by the Falconer Funeral Home.
