Beverly Eudora Anderson

Beverly Eudora Anderson, 91, of Falconer, NY passed away Jan. 7, 2025 in UPMC Jamestown with family and friends near.

Beverly was born Oct. 4, 1933 to Herbert and Dora Johnson Case in Kennedy, NY. Although she moved “into town” she always thought of herself as a “Kennedy girl” and considered everyone in Kennedy as family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Wendell M. Anderson, Gordon Sikes, and Thomas Anderson, her brothers Allen and Rodney Case and her son Ricky Sikes.

Beverly attended schools in Kennedy and Falconer. She worked at various jobs locally once owning and running the Kennedy Meat Market, but retiring from working at Truck-Lite. She got together regularly with other Truck-Lite retirees for over 30 years. She enjoyed crafts and painting but her favorite activities were watching her grandchildren’s activities, and having coffee with friends. The family is especially grateful to Paul Willis and family, Brian King, Rose Chase and Sue Johnson who were such good and helpful friends.

Surviving are her children Craig Anderson (Priscilla) of Randolph, and Kim Kahanic of Jamestown, her grandchildren Derek Anderson of Randolph, Courtney Hickernell (Evan) of Rochester, Wyatt Anderson (Jen) of Latham, NY, Carrianne Carroll (Andrew) of Carmichael, CA, Christopher Kahanic (Kathryn) of Pflugerville, TX, Nicholas Kahanic of Falconer and 12 great-grandchildren.

Beverly has donated her body to the UB Medical School. There will be a memorial at a later date. “Your light shines on in our hearts”
