Robert “Bruce” Kelley

Robert “Bruce” Kelley, 76, of Jamestown, NY passed away on Dec. 21, 2024 surrounded by his family. He was born Jan. 1, 1948 in Texas to the late George and Nina Zerby.

Bruce enjoyed woodworking and made it a career as he became a logger and worked with wood for a majority of his life. He was an avid outdoorsman but most of all loved fishing in Chautauqua Lake or any place where the fish were biting. He loved watching football and golf.

Most of all Bruce enjoyed spending time with his family and playing volleyball and softball in Watts Flats.

Bruce is predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy Kelley, his two brothers Jack, and George Jr. Zerby, his sisters Margaret, and Florence Zerby and his sons Brian, Robert, and Bruce Stingel.

He is survived by his daughters Pamela (Marc) Palmeri, Darlene (Robert) Carswell, Brenda Whitney, his sons Butch (Amy) Marsh, Charles Stingel Jr., and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Thank you so much for being a wonderful Dad, Husband and Grandpa. We love you so much and we will all miss you dearly.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday Dec. 31, 2024 at LakeView Cemetery at 10 AM.
