Franklin J. “Frank” Carlson

Franklin J. “Frank” Carlson, 84, of Frewsburg, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024 in his home.

He was the husband of Lois A. Carlson and retired from the Jamestown Board of Public Utilities Water Division in 2001.
