Ann L. Restivo, 93, of Naples, Florida formerly of Jamestown, NY peacefully passed away at home on Thursday , December 19th, 2024. She was born in Jamestown, NY on September 28th, 1931 to the late Joesph and Ann Pollaro Liuzzo. Following graduation from Jamestown High School, Ann attended Jamestown Business College.
Ann’s professional journey began in retail before discovering her true calling in real estate. She worked for her uncle, the late John Liuzzo, at Eagle Realty for many years. After receiving her Broker’s license, Ann started Restivo Realty. Real estate wasn’t just a career for Ann, it was her passion. Ann lived life to the fullest, maintaining an active lifestyle that included golf, tennis, water skiing, and snow skiing.
Following her retirement, Ann made her home at the Savoy Condominium in Naples, Florida where she lived for 27 years. Ann was very active in the condo association, serving on the board for more than a decade.
Ann’s beautiful soul will continue to be cherished by her four children: Fred (Michelle) Landy of Riverview, FL, Sarann Verleni of Land o’ Lakes, FL, Karen Landy of Naples, FL, and Marcia (Jay) Stoddard of Fort Myers Beach, FL; eight grandchildren: Britany Marshall, Taryn (Jared) Hooley, Kady (Sunjay) Mannan, Frank (Megan) Greco, Nicholas (Megan) Verleni, Perry Verleni, Jr., Anny (Stephen) Katulis, and Zach Landy; as well as seven great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Liuzzo, and her son-in-law, Perry Verleni.
In keeping with Ann’s wishes, a celebration of life is being held at the Savoy in Naples, FL. Likewise, a celebration of life locally will be announced in the spring. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
