We announce, with profound sadness, the peaceful passing of Roxane Marie Zemcik, age 74, of Ripley, NY, at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA on November 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving husband and children.
She was born on July 31, 1950, to the late Edith Williams and Biajja Chimera.
Roxane graduated from North East High School. She married Richard Zemcik on November 13, 1968. Her remarkable testament of unwavering commitment to love was her 56-year marriage. Her enthusiasm for bird watching embodied her zest for life. Her heart was a shining example of love and kindness for her family and others.
Roxane was preceded in death by her parents and son, Brian Zemcik (August 17, 2024).
Her memory will be cherished by her surviving children; Mike Zemcik (Dawn), Mary Mowers (Tim), Thomas Zemcik (Sarah); 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fantauzzi Funeral Home, 82 East Main Street, Fredonia, NY.
