Linda F. George

She was born November 27, 1953, in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Homer and Claira Danker Tatchell.

Linda was a graduate of Pine Valley High School.

Before her retirement she worked at Truck-Lite Co. for over 20 years.

Linda was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved spending time with all her family.

Surviving are her children Rodney (Connie) George of Jamestown, Scott George of Jamestown, and Tracey Brown of Jamestown; five grandchildren: Cody George, Dylan George, Dustin George, Kate Myers, and Heather George; nine great grandchildren: Kaiden, Lucas, Jackson, Tucker, Leo, and Beau George, Adalynn Bull, Skyler and Bentley Myers; her siblings: Joyce Greenland, Bonnie Olson, Beverley Tatchell, Russell Dash, and Philip Dash.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her companion of over 30 year, James Price, and her sister Betty Abby.

Friends will be received from 3 to 5 pm on Wednesday November 6, 2024, at the Lind Funeral Home.
