Joyce L. Gobles

She was born July 23, 1928, in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late Eddy J. and Ethel M. DeForest Wilder.

Joyce was a 1946 graduate of Frewsburg Central Schools. She married Marvin E. Gobles on December 7, 1946, and they enjoyed life together until his passing on August 30, 2007. Joyce retired from Panama Central Schools as a cafeteria manager, a job she thoroughly enjoyed.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Todd Gobles (1963) and her son-in-law Mike Sard (2020).

She is survived by her son Marvin (Barb) Gobles Jr., her daughters: Luella Sard and Diane (Jim) Maynard Doran; her 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.

Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. No service or visitation will be held.
