Jeffrey Lynn Crossley, 68, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for the past ten years, passed away unexpectedly Nov. 16, 2024 at his home in Florida. He had formerly lived in Boston and Cape Cod, MA, Baton Rouge, LA, and Naples, FL.
Jeff was born July 27, 1956 in Jamestown, the son of the late Orman Lee and Alice Marie Johnson Crossley. After moving to Cape Coral and always working in sales, Jeff found his favorite job at Franklin Shops of Fort Myers.
He is survived by two sisters, Nancy C. (Steve) Martinson of DeBary, FL and Wendy J. (Pat O’Boyle) Litzen of Jamestown, NY. Also surviving are two nephews: John “Dan” (Kim) Litzen and their daughters, Danielle (Nate) and Kendra, and Martin (Bonnie Cunningham); a niece, Amanda (Bill) Hayes and their children, Breanda, Zackary and Hunter; and a great-great nephew. Leon.
Besides his parents Orman and Alice, Jeff was preceded in death by four grandparents and his companion, Michael Abatemarco.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced in 2025.
