Charles G. Lillie
Charles G. Lillie, a respected heavy equipment operator known for his dedication to his craft, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2024, in Brocton, NY with his loving Mother by his side. Born on May 13, 1958, in Westfield, NY, he left an indelible mark on the communities he served throughout his career.
Charles proudly graduated from Brocton Central Schools and furthered his education at BOCES, laying a strong foundation for his successful career. His tenure in the workforce included valuable time at Rizzo Excavating in Brocton, NY, Pierce Services in Fredonia, NY, and his own venture, CL Dozing in Westfield, NY. Charles also served as the Highway Superintendent in the Town of Westfield, NY
Although predeceased by his father, Richard Lillie, Charles’s legacy is cherished by his mother, Beverly “Peg” (Glover) Munson, his brother, David (Cindy) Lillie, sister, Verona Boardman, and his beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles who remember him as a pillar of strength and integrity. Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory and the impact of his work will continue to be felt for generations to come.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday November 12, 2024 at 11AM at Morse Funeral Home 51 Highland Ave. Brocton, NY with a visitation from 10AM to 11AM.
Interment will be in Portland Evergreen Cemetery
