Bryon “Buddy” Johnson Sr., 82, of Blockville, passed away Friday Nov. 8, 2024, at Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing.
He was born March 17, 1942, in Jamestown, NY, the son of the late Emmett and Ruby Stein Johnson.
He enjoyed hunting and watching NASCAR on the weekends. Bryon was a member of the Celoron American Legion.
Before his retirement he was a lineman for the Board of Public Utilities in Jamestown.
Surviving are his two sons: Bryon (Latisha) Johnson Jr and Ransford Johnson both of Blockville; his grandchildren, Jasmine and Kacey Markham, and his sister Barbara West of Palm Springs, FL.
Following his wishes, no service or visitation will be observed.
