Sara Jean Morrell

A Jamestown native, she was born October 2, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Marian LaMancuso Trass.

She was a 1969 graduate of Jamestown High School.

Prior to her retirement she was employed by Truck Lite and earlier worked at Blackstone Manufacturing.

She was a member of Lakewood Rod and Gun Auxiliary.

Sara was a devoted wife, mother, Nana, sister, aunt and cousin. She will be remembered as hard working, fun compassionate and a caregiver.

Surviving is her husband of 49 years, Robert Morrell, Sr., whom she married November 15, 1975; a son Robert (Carrianne) Morrell, Jr., of Falconer; three grandchildren Charlotte, Brooklynn and Robert Morrell and siblings Ann Marie (John) Hayes and Mary Elizabeth Trass both of Arlington Heights, IL, Joseph (Alice) Trass of Schaumburg, IL and Jerome (Amy) Trass of Olean.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
