Leslie C. Fagan

Leslie was born on December 13, 1946, in Somerset, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Francis D. Hurst and Virginia E. Hurst. She grew up in Jamestown and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1964. She had been employed over the years by Chautauqua County, Chautauqua County Legal Services, and Chautauqua Opportunities. She was passionate about helping people. She loved animals, reading, nature, and art. She was an avid tennis and cross-country skiing when she was younger.

Surviving are children Christopher P. K. Fagan of Montana, Johanna Fagan-Sample (Jason Sample) of Jamestown; sister Donna M. Hurst of Amherst, NY; brothers Frank D. (Andrea) Hurst of Wisconsin and David M. (Carolyn) Hurst of Oregon; and three nieces.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Paul A. Hurst in 1990.

Per her wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
