Beverly J. Wahlstrom

She was born April 9, 1931, in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late Andrew and Ruth Fardink Olson.

Beverly was a 1949 graduate of Celoron High School.

She was a member of the Shrine Auxiliary and was an animal lover.

Surviving is her son Steve (Cheryl) Wahlstrom of Jamestown; her grandchildren: Carl (Christine) Olson, Lynne Wahlstrom, Daniel (Jessica Thomas) Hancock, and Sarah (Oscar) Wahltinez; great-grandchildren: Carson and Camryn Olson.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wahlstrom whom she married Jan. 7, 1955, and who died May 13, 2022; her daughter Debra Nickerson in 2022; her brother Raymond Olson; five sisters: Elizabeth Robertson, Dorothy Jones, Ruth Neubauer, Virginia Gilbert and Beatrice Moon.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the loving and capable caregiving team provided by Best Care Coordinators.

A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday Aug. 5, 2024, in the Lind Funeral home. Friends will be received from 6 to 7:30 p.m. prior to the service on Monday.
