Ruth Haley

Ruth was an El Paso Resident for over 20 years. Ruth worked for Quality Markets for 30 years, starting as a cashier and working up to Management.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Haley, of 63 years.

She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her daughter, Deborah A. Eller, granddaughter Shinae Eller-Rodriguez, her husband, Jesus Rodriguez, and her beautiful great-granddaughter, Jocelynn Ava Molina.

Mrs. Haley is survived by two sisters, Harriett Pierce, in Frewsburg, NY, and Donna Himes, in Jamestown, NY, and numerous nieces and nephews, especially James Spencer of Charleston, SC; she was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Pauline Himes, Frewsburg, NY, brother, Leo Himes, Jamestown, NY, and Son in Law David A. Eller of El Paso.

Graveside services will be held at Ft Bliss National Cemetery, which will be announced at a later time.

The Family would like to thank Ricardo Martinez Foster Home and Staff. They made it their mission to ensure she was loved every day and, without fail, provided exceptional care.

In addition, a special thanks to Hospice of El Paso for their services.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of El Paso or the Alzheimer’s Association.

Services have been entrusted to Martin Funeral Home East.
