Jamie Diane Widrig Stillwill
Jamie Diane Widrig Stillwill, of Chatsworth, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 14th, 2024 at the age of 45.
Jamie was born in Jamestown, NY; she is daughter of Mary Widrig and the late James Widrig. Jamie graduated from Maple Grove High School in Bemus Point, NY. Jamie has served in the United States Air Force for 24 years, her current rank is Master Sergeant and she is a C17 Loadmaster at McGuire Air Force Base. She obtained three Associate degrees while serving: Aerospace Ground EquipmentTechnology, Instructor of Technology and Military Science, and Aviation Operations. She has resided in New Jersey for the past 9 years following a transfer from Joint Base Charleston in South Carolina.
On January 1, 2024, Jamie was beaming with happiness and excitement as she married her best friend, Timothy L. Stillwill, of Chatsworth, NJ. Jamie and Tim share a love for animals; they have two rottweilers, Rocky and Remmy as well as four cats. Jamie and Tim also share a love for fun adventures and often could be found with their many friends riding the trails on their UTVs, quads or mud truck. Anyone who knew this couple would agree that they were a perfect match. Jamie had an infectious smile and such a caring soul.
Jamie is the very proud and adoring mother of Olivia Allison, 22, of Chatsworth, NJ. In addition to Tim and Olivia, she is survived by her step daughter, Maddie Stillwill, Jamie’s mother Mary Beth Otander Widrig, her sister Krystal (Matt) Hultberg and their children: Colton, Waylon, Isaac, Ava, Alexandra, and Addison. She is also survived by her father in law, Charles Stillwill, her mother in law, Betty (Jesus) Cordero, sister in law, Valerie Stillwill, her niece Caterina and nephew Jake.
Jamie was preceded in death by her father, James Widrig and her cousin Randall Otander Jr.
The funeral swevice was held Monday, January 22. 2024. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
There will be a celebration of life in Jamie’s hometown, Bemus Point, NY in the near future. Details of the event will be shared by Jamie’s family once available.
