James J. Williams
James J. Williams (Jay dub/Uncle Flip) passed away in his home Nov. 30, 2023, after a short battle with dementia. He was born on April 20, 1957, to Florastine McGaughy. He spent his life as a life coach, a personal trainer, a mixed martial artist, a photographer, and a lover of nature.
He is survived by his sister Dorothy Williams and her son Amelio Williams, his ever-devoted daughter nurse Jamijo Williams and her menagerie, his son Military Police Veteran Noah (Jen) Courtney and their amazing children Amiyah, Aliviah, and Michael, many nieces and nephews, his best friend Cecilia Whitfield and her daughter Whitney, whom he loved and preached at like his own, and by so many friends and family.
