Raylan N. Barr, 4, of Jamestown, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023, in Oishei Children’s Hospital. Friends will be received Sunday, Sept. 10, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Falconer Funeral Home with a service to follow at 5 p.m. A full obituary will be in this weekend’s edition of The Post-Journal.
