Dianne R. “GG” Manno

She was born February 4, 1941, in Jamestown, NY, a daughter of the late Raymond and Astrid Johnson Becker.

She was a graduate of Falconer High School.

Before her retirement she was head of housekeeping at Jones Hill for many years.

She was a member of the Butterfly Mom’s and Enjoyed doing crossword puzzles but most importantly she loved being a grandmother and great grandmother.

Surviving is her daughter Julie (Galen) Flegal of Jamestown, a son Dana Manno of Jamestown, stepdaughter JoAnne (Dave) Puscizna of California; 7 grandchildren: Brooke (Isaiah) Rashad, Erica (Tage) Hall, Taylore (Steve) Laska, Jessica Carr (Tiffany), Amanda (Brain) Fegley, Jacob Carr and Kerri Jo (Jesse) Zambrano, and 13 great grandchildren. She is also survived by niece Cynthia (Roy) Hall and nephews Gary (Claire) Card and Mark Carr.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Patsy J. Manno whom she married November 11, 1972, and who died August 2, 2007, her son Scott Carr who died May 23, 2002, and her daughter Jodi Carr who passed away March 16, 2023 and sisters Carol Surrena and Kathryn Carr.

The funeral will be held at 6 pm Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home where family and friends will be received two hours prior to the service from 4 to 6 pm.
