Boyd D. Walker

He was born June 16, 1968 in Jamestown, a son of the late Richard E. and Marcia D. Logan Walker.

He was a 1986 graduate of Frewsburg Central School.

For many years, he owned and operated Busy B’s Home Improvement and was currently employed at Bush Industries. In earlier years he worked at Cummins, Inc.

Boyd loved animals and the outdoors and enjoyed spending time fishing at his camp.

He is survived by his brothers: Todd (Amy) Walker of Caledonia, NY, Dan Walker of Jamestown, Roy Walker of Kennedy; many nieces and nephews; an uncle James (Virginia Stover) Logan of San Diego, CA; and two aunts Verna J. Tedesco of Rochester, NY and Anona J. (Terry) Thompson of Long View, TX.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard, who passed away on November 18, 2015, his mother, Marcia, who passed away on July 17, 2023, four siblings: Faren, Daniel, Paul, and Carrie Walker, and his beloved dog Gandalf.

A funeral service will be held at 5 pm on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg. Pastor Don Reese will officiate.

Burial will be in Ivory Cemetery

Friends will be received from 4-5 pm (one hour prior to the service) on Tuesday in the funeral home.
