Wallace Herbert Linamen
Wallace Herbert Linamen was born to Faith Carol and Howard Blair Linamen on June 27, 1949. He passed away on March 16, 2023, in Maylene, Alabama.
As a young man, he spent many summers working on his Grandfather Saxtons farm in Stow, New York.
After graduation from Bemus Point High School, he enlisted in the United States Navy. He served honorably as a Hospital Corpsman in Navy Hospitals during the Vietnam era and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan attached to the United States Marine Corps. The family is very proud of his service to America.
After retirement, he enjoyed cooking and was an avid gardener, reader and was very dedicated to his little Shih-Tzu, Trixie. He loved country music and enjoyed singing karaoke.
Wally is survived by: Kimberley Linamen (wife) Maylene, Alabama, Howard Linamen (son) Ashville, New York, Betty Maxim (daughter) Syracuse, New York, Christina, Catherine and William Linamen (daughters and son) San Diego, Ca., Greg Linamen (brother) Winterhaven, Florida, Ron Linamen (brother) Lakewood, New York, Jay Linamen (brother) Lakeland, Florida, Anne Bolles (sister) Lakeland, Florida, Holly Coldiron (sister) Mulberry, Florida, Kelly Coyle (step daughter), Maylene, Alabama.
