Diana L. Koss

Diana was born Dec. 9, 1948, to Peter and Violet (Day) Szedon, New Eagle, Pa. Diana was the third of 12 children. She is survived by her husband, W. Thomas Koss; three children: Katherine (Dr. Timothy) Vyrostek of Conneaut Lake Pa., John (Elaine) Koss of Rockmart, Ga., and Sarah (Gavin) Koss of East Greenbush N.Y.; granddaughter, Makenzie Koss of Rockmart, Ga.; Grandpuppies: Daytona and Spencer; and grandkitty, Rose.

She was predeceased by four lovely dogs: Star, Missy, Nuisance and Zeus. Three very special birds, Oliver, Dakota and lastly Heni (a female disguised as a male bird)

Diana was a very proud, happy housewife and mother to our children. An accomplished cook, baker and homemaker; and a great lover of animals. She greatly enjoyed needlepoint and sewing. We were long time members of The Chautauqua Squares Dance Club.

Per Diana’s wishes there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the Gerry United Methodist Church, Rt 60 Gerry, N.Y., on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m. A luncheon will be held immediately following the service. Private internment at the convenience of the family will be at Western New York National Cemetery, Corfu, NY.
