Richard George Baxter

Richard George Baxter, 81, passed to eternity on Sept. 14, 2022, at Gulfside Hospice, Zephyrhills, Florida. He was son of Carl Henderson Baxter and Helen Myrtle (MJ Hildum) Baxter and grandson of William Joseph and (“Minnie” White) Baxter.

Leaving behind his wife of 63 years, Sandra (Ginger) Lou Baxter.

Also surviving is a sister/cousin, Gloria Hildum Baxter (Dave) Smith of Erie, Pa. He was predeceased by sisters: Merribelle (Wilson) Zieminick, of Sharon, Ohio, Mavis (George) MacDonald of Bradenton, Fla., and Barbara Ann Rankin of Jamestown, N.Y.

Surviving children: James (Corry Jones) Baxter of Busti, N.Y., and Denise (John) Tschupp of Zephyrhills, Fla., and predeceased by twins: Sandra Lee and Diane Lynn interred in Warren, Pa.

Grandchildren: Dena Tschupp of Tampa, Fla., Kristen Tschupp of Maryland and Adam Tschupp of Saint Mary, Md. and three step grandchildren: Jennifer (Bryan) Jefferson of St. Charles, Mo., Michelle Johnson of Fayetteville, N.C., and Melinda Woods of Silver Springs, Colo.
