Richard H. “Rick” Berg Jr.
Richard H. “Rick” Berg Jr., 63, of Emory Hill Road, Frewsburg, passed away Monday Aug. 30, 2021 at his home.
He was born Aug. 1, 1958, in Jamestown, the son of Richard and Joanne Mosshammer Berg Sr.
Rick was athletic, an avid sports fan, and side line “coach”. He enjoyed boating on the Kinzua, bird watching, gardening, golfing and fishing.
In addition to his mother, Joanne Berg of Lakewood, Rick is survived by his wife, Kelley Conlan Berg; three children: Christopher (fiance, Monica Sacco) Berg of Pompey, N.Y., Eric Berg of Rochester, and Annie Berg of Jamestown; two brothers: Stanley Berg of Warren, Pa., and Bradley Berg of Busti; and a sister, Brenda Steed of Leland, N.C.
Rick was predeceased by his father, Richard Berg Sr.; and a close family friend, Hilton “Tink” Bush.
No funeral service will be observed.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Thursday in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg.
