Timothy D. Ryan

He was born Aug. 30, 1960, in Jamestown, a son of the late Rollo L. and Margaret Card Ryan.

Tim had previously been employed by Fairbank Farms, Chautauqua County Parks & Recreation and the former Afro-Lecon, Inc. He then worked for Adanlock Partition Systems for several years, retiring in 2003 due to ill health.

A true outdoorsman, Tim enjoyed fishing and hunting, wildlife, and his garden. He will be remembered as a generous, kind-hearted man who loved his family deeply.

Surviving are three children: Timothy (Ray) Lynch of Ashville, N.Y., Shannon Ryan of Milan, Tenn., and Jerry (Jaime) Ryan of Liverpool, N.Y.. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren: Timothy’s children: Justin Gaworecki, Hayddon Klawon, Jori, Matthew, Carter, Madison, Donavan and Kailani Lynch; Shannon’s children: Bradley Ryan, Alissa Litchford and Hannah Litchford; and Jerry’s children: Owen McRae, Luke McRae and Gwenyth Ryan; six brothers: Donald Ryan of Ashville, Gary (Betty) Ryan of Panama, Marshall Ryan of Ashville, Michael (Jeannie) Ryan of Ashville, Douglas (Delores) Ryan of Lakewood; and a sister, Pamela Fuller of Ashville; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Ryan; sister, Paula Ryan; two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Ryan and Margaret Ryan; and brother-in-law, Ed Fuller.

Tim’s family would like to thank Tim’s brother Mike, as well as the staff of UPMC Chautauqua for taking exceptional care of him during his illness.

A celebration of Tim’s life will take place at a later date to be announced.
