Helen Williams, 86, formerly of Jamestown, passed away Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, at Heritage Village Rehab &Skilled Nursing Facility.
She was born Oct. 17, 1932, in Allegany, a daughter of the late Ivory “Ike” and Clara Emma “Kelly” Putt Williams.
Helen was employed at various factories including Fancher Furniture, Bush Industries and retired from The Post-Journal.
Helen had a passion for owls, she enjoyed going to church services and watching John Wayne and Elvis Presley movies.
Mother of Lori (Stan) Swift of Kennedy, Pauline Free Eaton, Darlene (late Paul) Daniels, Stephen Eaton and Steven Eaton Jr. all of Jamestown and the late Archie James Eaton Sr. and Robert J. “Bob” Eaton. She is also survived by her sister, Gloria Britton
She was preceded in death by her brother, Earl J. Eaton; and sisters: Mary Csee Eaton and Marion Ford Eaton.
Helen was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren including the late Nicholas Eaton; Also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life is being held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of Jessica and Jason Thomas.
