Audrey Ruth Foley

Audrey Ruth Foley passed away Nov. 3, 2018.
She was born Dec. 11, 1930, in New Liskeard, Ontario, Canada, a daughter of Leonard and Jessie (Bass) Huddle.
Audrey attended Brantford High School, Galt Collegiate Institute and Open Bible Institute, DesMoines, Iowa, graduationg in 1951. She worked as a clerk for Christian Book Store in Jamestown, N.Y., Sidey’s in Dunkirk, N.Y. and Kennedy’s in Medina, N.Y. Audrey was a teacher’s aide for Wilson Central School in Wilson, N.Y., and School 66 in Niagara Falls, N.Y., retiring in 1992.
She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Lockport, N.Y., United Methodist Women, Deborah Hannah Circle. Audrey was the chaplain of Residence Council at Elderwood. Audrey enjoyed mall walking and silver sneakers.
Audrey is predeceased by her husband, the Rev. Donald Foley, who passed away on Oct. 7, 2008.
Audrey is survived by her daughter, Janice M. (David) McKinney; son, Ian D. (Deb Behlmaier) Foley; grandchildren: Kari (Jesse Hall) Parks and Kelly (Ryan Murphy) McKinney; sister of Stephen M. (Charlene) Huddle and the late David (Shirley) Huddle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, Nov. 6, from 4-8 p.m., and Wednesday, November 7, 10-11 a.m., in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Wilson, N.Y.
