Robert L. Jackson

He was born May 1, 1946, in Phillipsburg, Pa., the son of Arthur and Anne Minarch Jackson.

Robert was a truck driver and part owner of Jackson Trucking in Jamestown.

He was a member of the Frewsburg American Legion post 556, Carroll Rod and Gun, National Rifle Assoc., and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Robert is survived by three children: Michael (Jennifer) Jackson of Sugar Grove, Jennifer Jackson of Frewsburg, and Marianne (Wade) Hendry of Julian, CA.; five grandchildren: Jillian, Joshua, Amolia, and Sophia Jackson, and Michael Mizner; a brother: Arthur “Larry” (Jackie) Jackson of Onoville; and a sister, Arlene (Chuck) Hazenberg of Kiantone.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by a sister Anita Fox.

Private services will be held in Grassflat, Pa.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Friday in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg.
