A remodeled downtown Jamestown commercial property is under new ownership.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Dec. 2-13.

During that time period, B&S Rental Properties, LLC of Jamestown sold 31 N. Main St., Jamestown to Structured Living, LLC of Jamestown for $220,000. The former Carlson Jewelers building, it was known as 31 MAIN and was the location of Eventz by Scott, Venue 31, and Loftz 31 airbnb.

Scott Mekus said even though he and Bill Burley have sold the building, Eventz by Scott, which specializes in corporate and private events as well as estate/household sales, will continue, just not at that location.

From Dec. 2-13 there were 16 sales that were $250,000 or higher. They are as follows:
