‘Fluffy’ Takes Center Stage At Comedy Festival

Filling up the Northwest Area, comedic-icon and standup stalwart, “Fluffy” Iglesias had the packed crowd laughing and in stiches, Thursday, Aug. 3.

Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias performed at the Northwest Arena Thursday to a jam-packed, full crowd as part of the National Comedy Center’s Lucille Ball Comedy Festival 2023.

Earlier in the day, “Fluffy” took part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony to signify the opening of the official artifact display pieces, of himself, and one of his performance coats at the Comedy Center. Thus, ensuring his place amongst the immortals of comedy.

However, tonight “Fluffy” highlighted his funny and unique comedy talents, to the delight of show viewers -both near and far.

“He had us in stitches,” said George LaBarron, 67-year-old, Indianapolis, Ind. resident. “We traveled here to not only enjoy the Lucille Ball Festival, but also to see “Fluffy,” we’ve watched him on TV a few times, and loved him and his act.”

Moreover, travelers added to the “Fluffy syndrome” which took hold of event participants.

“”Fluffy” rocks,” said Cody Housler, a native of Ontario, Canada. “I cannot believe “Fluffy,” is here!” Over the roar of the crowd as they laughed in unison over a “Fluffer Joke.” “I’m never going to forget this night.”
