Michael C. Burham

The Jamestown Police Department is seeking a man described as potentially being “armed and dangerous” following an early morning incident.

In a short news release, JPD said it is looking to speak with Michael C. Burham. He is believed to be in the Jamestown or Warren, Pa., areas.

The department did not specify the incident, though county forensic investigators were seen earlier at a William Street home.

Around 4:30 a.m., officers were called to the same William Street property. According to county dispatch audio, an unresponsive woman had been discovered.

As recently as Friday, Burham was listed on JPD’s Top 10 Most Wanted list. The 34-year-old, said to be an Ashville resident, was wanted on charges of first-degree rape and unlawful imprisonment.
