Bush Industries Inc. – a manufacturer of case goods and ready-to-assemble furniture designed for office and home applications – has completed a management buyout in which a group of senior executives have acquired 100 percent ownership in the company.

The management group includes Jim Garde, the company’s CEO, Neil Frederick CFO, Mike Evans EVP Business Development, and Steve Phelan EVP Sales.
