JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Selena M. Santiago, 22, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to the east side of Jamestown for a reported domestic dispute. Santiago allegedly threw a cell phone at a window, breaking the window, during the incident. Santiago was charged and taken to the city jail until arraignment.

– Kevin L Bellardo, 53, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment at 1:30 a.m. Thursday after officers responded to a west side address for a physical domestic incident. Bellardo allegedly restrained a woman who was trying to leave the home. Bellardo was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Darren K. Mushat, 40, of Jamestown was charged with resisting arrest after officers responded to a south side address for a warrant check. Officers were told Mushat, who had confirmed arrest warrants from Jamestown City Court, was upstairs in the home and allegedly refused to come downstairs when officers told him to do so. Eventually, police report officers forced entry into a room in the upstairs of the home and took Mushat into custody. Mushat was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Mason J. Harmon, 22, of Jamestown was charged with failure to keep right, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, DWI and DWI per se at 2:35 a.m. Thursday after an accident at Willard and Allen streets. According to a police report, officers responded to a report of a car that had run into a telephone pole parked near Swan Street. Officers were able to determine that a telephone pole was struck on Willard Street near Allen Street and that Harmon was the alleged operator of the vehicle, which had significant damage. Harmon was taken into custody and taken to the Jamestown City Jail, where chemical testing revealed his blood alcohol content was allegedly nearly twice the legal limit. Mason was held pending arraignment.

– Mikelle H. Davis of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest after deputies conducted a warrant check in Westfield at 1:17 p.m. Wednesday. Davis was allegedly found in a residence with a person who had an active stay away order of protection against Davis. Davis also allegedly had active arrest warrants from Westfield Village Court. Davis allegedly tried to exit the house through a window to run away from police but, according to a police report, was caught a short distance away in a vineyard. Davis was arraigned at the Chautauqua County Jail using the Centralized Arraignment Program.
